A family oriented company where you are a person with a name rather than a number. Paid fairly, time and a half kicks in after 8 hours daily. Lots of feed company’s require every other Saturday to be worked but at Nieuwland it’s only every 3rd Saturday. Not your typical driving job as most of the loads are nice country driving to farms rather than down town in the city. Other drivers and management have been very helpful and concerns are taken seriously.

Working in a high paced fluid environment where no two days are the same. Management is approachable and fair, and understand the importance of life outside of work. Working in the Feed business is demanding but interesting, and gives a sense of accomplishment each and every day with a strong focus on teamwork.
